2024: Completion of equipping the hall of the administrative building with audio and video equipment

Open Vision January 24, 2025 announced the completion of the project to equip the lobby of the administrative building of Achimgaz LLC with audio and video equipment. As a result, the hall has become a multifunctional space that can adapt to various formats of company events.

Achimgaz LLC was faced with the task of modernizing the hall of the administrative building. The space has previously been used for meetings of delegations and smaller events. The lack of modern audio and video equipment limited the ability to organize large-scale events.

The goal of the project was to create a multifunctional space that will act as a platform for corporate events, presentations and official receptions, as well as harmoniously fit into the existing interior. We have proposed a comprehensive solution that includes video and sound amplification systems, as well as switching equipment to ensure stable and efficient operation, "said Alexander Igorevich Isakov, head of the Open Vision project department.

As the basis for video display, a modular LED screen measuring 5 by 2.5 meters with a resolution of 2048×1152 pixels was installed, providing high definition and brightness of the displayed content. For reliable and safe installation of the screen, a custom metal structure was developed, which harmoniously fit into the interior of the hall. Content is displayed on the LED screen using an auto-switch that displays a signal from the Spinetix media player or from connected external devices using a cable.

The sound amplification system consists of stationary LD CURV speakers for playing background music, an LD Stinger remote kit for holding events and hand-held radio microphones for speaking speakers.

Audio equipment switching is carried out using the Midas M32 digital mixing console, which provides a wide range of capabilities for processing and routing audio signals.

The project included several key milestones:

• Assembly of a convertible telecommunication rack.
• Pulling/laying of cable lines for connection of audio and video equipment.
• Installation and connection of electrical board.
• Installation of steel structures for LED screen.
• Assembly of the cabinets of the LED screen on the metal frame and laying of cable lines.
• Installation and alignment of LED screen modules.
• Optimizing the sound quality in the foyer.
• Installation of stationary speaker system.
• Commissioning.

The installed equipment provides good sound and image quality, which allows you to conduct presentations, conferences and corporate events at a high level. The specially designed metal structure reliably supports the LED screen and harmoniously fits into the interior, emphasizing the modern design of the room. System mobility provides flexibility in the use of equipment both inside the building and in outdoor areas.

A lot of work was done to equip the hall of our administrative building. The lack of the necessary technical equipment limited the use of space.
