IBS organized communications with the help of Kontur Tolka. SKB Kontur announced this on January 30, 2025.
Now the service is used by more than 4,000 specialists across the country. Internal meetings, negotiations with customers and large-scale conferences are held online.
When choosing a solution on the Russian market, IBS was looking for a service that would allow organizing convenient online interaction and communication between employees.
Among the features that were noticed: integration with the mail application, connecting at least 400 participants to the meeting, setting up a virtual background, easy working with meeting recordings, intuitive all actions for the user, remote management, stable work with several audio and video devices of the user.
At the first stage of the decision, the specialists of the IBS IT department evaluated, and after that - employees who actively use the online meeting service.
