2025: Hotel Opening

In February 2025, Innopolis has the first 44-room four-star Kravt Hotel Innopolis with robotic service and digital technology.

The hotel has 24 standard rooms, 15 superior rooms, 3 two-room suites and 2 rooms for people with limited mobility. The total capacity is 88 main and 3 additional seats.

The hotel's infrastructure includes a Nano lobby bar, a 86-seat Photon restaurant with a 24-hour service concept and an innovative restaurant with its own brewery, which will start operating 2025 year.

The project was receptualized and upgraded its category from three to four stars. The initial idea of ​ ​ complete service robotization was transformed in favor of a combined approach while maintaining the automation of the main service processes.

For business events, the hotel is equipped with a conference room with an area of ​ ​ 197 square meters. m with an interactive video wall for presentations, meeting rooms and a gym.

Innopolis Mayor Dmitry Vandyukov notes that 150 thousand tourists visited the city in 2024. The new hotel has become an important element of the emerging tourism infrastructure of the tech city.

The head of the architectural bureau MAD Architects Maria Nikolaeva emphasizes that the finish is dominated by metallized textures that create a futuristic mood. Waiting areas and workspaces are equipped with different light scenarios.

Kravt Group is considering the possibility of building a modern apart-hotel as part of the second stage of the project. Details of the expansion will be announced during 2025.

The design concept of the hotel, developed by the Moscow architectural bureau MAD Architects, provides for the use of bright deep colors and high-quality textures. The spaces are adapted for hackathons, workshops and presentations.^[1]
