Microsoft filed a lawsuit the claim against the former director of business development, having accused him of theft of nearly $460 thousand at the company and attempt to steal $1.5 million more before the scheme of plunder was opened.

In the complaint filed to the Supreme Court of the State of Washington, Microsoft claims that Robert D. of Carry (Robert D. Curry) created Blu Games company which paid the provided dummy bills for nonexistent services.

As the director of business development, Carry agreed with the companies promoting loading of the Bing Bar toolbar (addition of Internet Explorer (IE)) intended for promotion of the search system from Microsoft.

Five years ago Carry got to work for Microsoft. "At least, three times, during the period from April 19, 2010 to November 22, 2010, the accused Robert D. of Carry... fraudulently forced Microsoft, through the supplier, to pay about $459.341.63 for benefit of the defendant, at the same time in a false manner declaring legality of payments on business expenses", the complaint says.

The curry pumped over money and goods of the employer, deceiving the supplier of Microsoft, Pentad Solutions, forcing to pay to Blu Games, allegedly for Bing Bar distribution, afterwards demanding from Microsoft of compensation. Claims Microsoft that it for cover of the scheme, Carry created counterfeit invoices, distribution agreements and reports and also forged the signature of the head.

In spite of the fact that he successfully stole nearly half a million dollars from Microsoft, its activity was opened only two weeks ago when he tried to convince Pentad to pay Blu Games of $1.5 million for Bing Bar distribution. Earlier he convinced Microsoft finance division to increase the total amount of payments to Pentad to $3.7 million.

Microsoft demanded through court that returned to Carry $459 thousand. And it, according to the federal law, will entail a penalty concerning Carry, in a threefold size from a loss of the company.
