2025: Implementation of "1C: Document Flow CORP"
First Bit has completed a large-scale project to implement a management system for more than 5,000 contracts for the BAEK Group of Companies, one of the commercial holdings in the Sakhalin Region. This "First Bit" reported on February 6, 2025.
This made it possible to increase the speed of formation of management reporting by 50% and radically reduce the volume of paper document circulation.
The specialists of the company "First Bit" in the shortest possible time, in 3.5 months, deployed the system "1C: Document Flow CORP," which automated the accounting of contracts, maintaining a block of claim and claim work, as well as working with applications for commodity and material values (materials) and the circulation of administrative documentation for the entire group of companies, uniting 17 different business areas.
Earlier, BAEK used a self-written system for document management, which has a number of significant limitations. It implemented only the possibility of coordinating contracts and applications for materials, which was clearly not enough to organize the processes of the group of companies. Also, it was not possible to integrate with other software products.
As a result of all these restrictions, the program did not contribute to reducing paper flow or increasing the transparency of approval processes.
The choice of "1C: Document Flow CORP" was due not only to its functionality, ideal for solving tasks, but also to the company's desire for effective and transparent business management.
When choosing an integrator, the management of the group of companies turned to First Bit, one of the leading integrators in Russia, who has established himself as a reliable partner for the development and implementation of large, complex projects for automation and digitalization of business.
One of the important conditions for this project was to ensure the possibility of integration with an already operating access control and control system (MCDS), well adapted to our business processes and allowing the administrative service to disconnect users from corporate systems without additional labor costs. The data from the MCDS had to be integrated into the coordination processes: the system had to track the movement of consent users online and automatically replace them if necessary, "said Dmitry Makarov, IT Director of the BAEK Group of Companies. |
This system allows you to track changes and movements of documents in real time and provides unified control over contractual relationships. User management solutions have also been implemented, including automatic establishment, replacement and removal of users in the system.
Our team worked on many diverse parallel projects, and they needed to be integrated among themselves. In particular, in parallel, projects were carried out to automate the management balance on the basis of the BIT.FINANCE/Holding software product, automate construction accounting and build a harmonized NSI management system, which had a direct impact on the timing and results of each of them, "said Elena Serova, Head of the Project Department of the IT Integrator" First Bit "in Khabarovsk. |
With the introduction of this system in BAEK, the volume of paper document circulation has been significantly reduced, and users have quick access to key performance indicators.
The implementation of the project made it possible to facilitate the work of the company's employees, to increase the speed and accuracy of the formation of management reports by 50%.
IT solutions from First Bit have become a key factor ensuring the further development of BAEK Group of Companies in the face of constantly growing competitive requirements.
