MTS Exolve provided the service "Authorized Call" for the online store of Store77 equipment. Thanks to the connection of the call identification service, conversion to a successful call in the first month increased by 14%. MTS Exolve announced this on February 5, 2025.

The store's delivery department makes more than 100 calls a day to notify customers of the delivery of smartphones, laptops and other equipment. Before connecting the Authorized Call service, a significant part of calls were defined by buyers as spam, which made it difficult for the delivery service to work. Now store customers, when a call comes in, see the Store77 brand along with the number on the phone screen and therefore answer calls more often.

The Authorized Call service allows you to display the company name as if its number were added to your contact list. This solution increases the subscriber's confidence in the call and contributes to an increase in successful dialing.
