Radiation Technology LLC has implemented the electronic document management system "ETLA" version 7.1. The implementation of the system was an important step towards optimizing internal business processes, improving document management and improving the overall efficiency of the enterprise. This was announced by Atlas Soft on February 7, 2025.

Work on the implementation of the ETLAS system was carried out within the framework of the terms of ETLA using a remote survey of the current paper document flow. During the implementation, Etlas-Soft specialists consulted with the customer, filled out the necessary questionnaires and organized the system configuration in accordance with the client's requirements.

Key stages of system implementation:

Examination of existing document flow. The work began with a detailed analysis of the current state of the document flow, which made it possible to identify the key needs of the customer and ensure the correct implementation of the system.

Create user accounts. All employees of Radiation Technology LLC gained access to the system through accounts that were created and registered with ETLA.

Register user groups. The system has organized groups of users with appropriate access rights to effectively manage documents within the company.

Creation of archive structure. Access rights to the document archive for various groups of users were configured, which made it easy to control and control access to information.

Creating reference books. All the necessary reference books were entered into the system, which simplified the process of registration of documents and their subsequent use.

Set up cards for documents. For each type of document, cards were formed that made it easy to track and manage documentation electronically.

Process automation. The system set up rules for automatic numbering, naming and posting of documents, which significantly reduced the time for routine registration operations.

Development of business processes. The implementation of the system allowed the development and implementation of three key business processes:

  • Approval and approval of orders and memos;
  • Execution of actions according to orders;
  • Move documents to the archive.

The ETLA system has significantly improved the process of working with documents at Radiation Technology LLC. The introduction of electronic document management made it possible to simplify and speed up the processes of document approval, increase the transparency and efficiency of employees. By configuring the archive and automating processes, the customer has flexible tools for document management and compliance.

The system also provides a high level of data security. All documents, both electronic and paper scans, are securely stored in the system in compliance with all information protection standards.

The introduction of the ETLA system version 7.1 was an important step in the development of Radiation Technology LLC. It allowed the company to reduce processing time, improve process control and ensure a high degree of data protection. In the future, the system will be developed in accordance with the needs of the customer, which will allow adapting it to new business processes and requirements.
