The Olivariya beer factory brings ERP into commercial operation

ERP the Monolith at the Olivariya plant started in the mode of commercial operation.

To the project

In June, 2010 the company management made the decision on the Monolith installation ERP in JSC Olivariya Beer Factory.

Result

On January 3, 2011 the first stage of implementation and a corporate system of enterprise management is completed earned from the Olivariya plant in the mode of commercial operation. Process of implementation was preceded by a number of preparatory activities:

• business audit of the existing information system,
• opportunity assessment use of allocated channel of data transmission for remote users - constructions of the WAN solution
• completion of functionality of a system for carrying out the unique transactions necessary by the legislation of Republic of Belarus
• key user training to work in a new system

Implementation

The first stage provided automation of the following tasks:

• sales management
• inventory management
• management of fixed assets and intangible assets
• accounting of supplier contracts
• management of finance and financial planning
• customer relationship management (CRM)

Result

Start of ERP the Monolith allowed to provide implementation of corporate standards, to increase transparency of business processes, to improve controllability, to implement a control system over assets and costs, to considerably reduce time of acceptance of management decisions.
