Pragmacore unveiled the seamless Pragmacore 360 cloud ecosystem on February 11, 2025. It allows you to manage construction projects at all stages, from the design and procurement of materials for construction to the commissioning of housing. By analyzing the data obtained, the system predicts scenarios for the development of projects. This is the first seamless system in Russia to combine a Facility Management and Pig Site (Common Data Environment)

The ecosystem for February 2025 consists of 11 modules seamlessly interconnected: work and resource management, Stroycontrol, laser scanning, as-built documentation,, predictive analytics modules finance and operation, pricing and design, configuration and work with - BIM models. All of them are presented on the main screen in the Dashboard section. Modules allow you to manage construction processes at different stages. For example, the design module contains project cards, permits, BIM models (Building Information Modeling, technologies that help you design, build and manage buildings, create their digital models) and project schedules. Thanks to seamless integration with (Tangl cloudy platform for working with BIM models), the client can use the Viewer - editor for working with BIM.

Automatic synchronization with Tangl Partner Service enables the system to obtain original digital data such as Bill of Quantities (BoQs) for further project management and check for collisions and compliance. Also in Pragmacore 360 there is a predictive analytics module based on artificial intelligence, which was trained on more than 300 real construction projects. It allows developers to predict what construction work will be provided with materials and equipment in a few months, prevent disruptions in delivery times, accidents and unforeseen delays, and better calculate the timing of projects.

For the effective use of BIM, it is important that project data is stored and regularly updated in the pig (general data environment). Pragmacore 360 became the first system on the Russian market, combining both the pig and the project management system, where the BIM model is not just a picture, a valuable source of data along the entire life path of the project. Now Pragmacore 360 is a seamless ecosystem and "digital core," which has a full set of necessary systems and modules for monitoring, control, management of the entire cycle of the construction project - said Kirill Polyakov, founder of the digital platform for managing the construction of Pragmacore.

Synchronized control of construction processes is available not only on the computer: it can be used directly at the construction site in the tablet and not tied to the workplace.
