Moscow Association of Administrative and Technical Inspection Offices (1C:VDGB: Accounting of motor transport and fuel and lubricants in budgetary institution)

The IMPULSE IVC LLC company started support of the 1C: Enterprise software product for the Moscow Association of Administrative and Technical Inspection Offices.

Subject to maintenance are non-standard configurations of software products in which changes of a program code according to organized document flow and available problems of accounting are made and also in connection with specifics of financial and economic activity of the Moscow Association of Administrative and Technical Inspection Offices.

The work purpose — ensuring smooth operation of department of accounting of financial and economic activity of the Moscow Association of Administrative and Technical Inspection Offices. Ensuring timely preparation of a full range of the regulated accounting records.

Specialists IMPULSE IVC within 5 months will carry out the following works on maintenance:

• carrying out procedural transactions: testing and correction of the database of the software product, * installation and demonstration of universal processings and reports from a disk of ITS;
• updating of releases and configuration of the software product;
• updating and installation of new forms of the regulated reporting;
• creation of additional objects of a configuration in connection with change of problems of accounting of budget organizations;
• creation of the new reports and processings expanding functionality of the software product;
• setup of user interfaces and access rights to the database of the software product;
• making changes in software modules;
• editing and modification of the existing forms and reports.

The following software products of the 1C: Enterprise family are followed: a configuration "Accounting for budget organizations, "1C:VDGB. Accounting of fuel and lubricants and transport in budget organizations", "Salary and the Personnel".
