The module Alfa-HRM implements an accounting part of functionality of automation systems of personnel management, solving problems of management of an organization structure and the staff list, maintaining a card file of personnel, management of employment, ensuring personnel document flow and the personnel reporting. He turns on also specialized to the Alfa-WPA component (Accounting of certification of jobs).
Alfa-WPA allows to solve problems of management of jobs, planning and accounting of results as the operating APM1, and new SOUT2; accounting of employees on jobs, accounting of the actual finding of workers in special conditions and also managements of compensations for work in harmful conditions and formations of the analytical reporting.
The module Alfa-Salary allows to execute payroll, holiday, hospital and other social payments, taxes and deduction and also obtaining the tax and statistical reporting connected with personnel. Besides, Alfa-Time Management subsystem enters it (Time keeping on places).
the solution "system Alfa/personnel management" is Alfa ERP system component, but can be delivered as the separate solution or be integrated with other CIS.
