2025: End of construction date of the center

Socium Telecom completed the construction of the third data center SOTEL II. This was announced on February 11, 2025. The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for the third quarter of 2025. The new data center will expand your data storage and processing capabilities to provide increased infrastructure reliability and resiliency.

According to the press service of the company, the construction of the new data center began in May 2024 due to the filling of two existing data centers and growing demand from customers.

Special attention during design and construction is paid to fault tolerance systems. The data center implements complete duplication of all critical nodes.

To ensure uninterrupted power supply, two diesel generator sets are installed AD1000 with Hyundai (Doosan) engines DP222CC a volume of 22 liters each. This equipment provides an instant switch to standby power in case of failures in the main power supply.

According to the press service, the new technological complex is equipped with advanced equipment that guarantees high performance and security of customer data. Duplication of all critical systems minimizes the risk of failure and ensures continuous operation of the infrastructure.

The backup power supply guarantees the operability of the equipment even in case of long-term power outages. This ensures that customer data and services are always available in all conditions.

The company offers various options for placing equipment in the new data center, including leasing virtual servers and hybrid cloud solutions. Early booking of seats in the machine room with the possibility of fixing the cost of services for a long time has been opened.^[1]
