2025: Implementation of ST 2110 Media Stream Monitoring Solution

Stream Labs completes implementation large-scale solution for monitoring media streams in ST format 2110 on the federal TV channel "TV Center." Stream Labs announced this on February 12, 2025.

The scale of implementation significantly exceeds the usual scale of Russian monitoring projects, providing full coverage of the tasks of monitoring at all levels of broadcast infrastructure. As part of the implementation 192 HD signals and 800 audio streams were monitored in ST 2110 format, and also integration with orchestration and redundancy systems.

High-performance data processing reduces display latency to 3 personnel, which guarantees real-time monitoring. The project included deploying a fault-tolerant system that can handle up to 48 video streams to the server and supports backup protocols, including SMPTE ST 2022-7. As a result, the TV channel received a system corresponding to the world standards and fully ensuring import substitution.

Cooperation with Stream Labs fully met our expectations and gave confidence that soon we will see other products from Russian manufacturers compatible with the SMPTE ST 2110 and ST 2022-7 standard, said Brusnitsky, technical director of TV Center.
