The XMARINEIQ digital platform is a set of services for shipowners, ship brokers and logicians. Platform tools allow you to reduce the time required for the conclusion and execution of a freight contract to several minutes: this is the calculation of the steel time and cost of the flight depending on a variety of parameters.

The calculation tools familiar to industry experts, such as complex spreadsheets, have ceased to meet market requirements. To work with them, you need constant access to the work computer and a high level of attention when entering data, and the calculations themselves take hours of working time.

The platform includes three services:

SearouteIQ is a tool for calculating the cost of a flight. For 3 minutes, calculates the cost of freight per day or the cost per unit of cargo, while taking into account more than 30 parameters, such as the cost of fuel, the type of cargo, various delays, etc.

The service implements automatic determination of distances between ports, and the application also builds graphs of the dependence of the cost of the flight on various factors, for example, on changes in fuel prices.

LaytimeIQ - allows you to count the service time, that is, the actual time of the vessel's stay in the port for the period of loading and unloading, and estimate the amount of additional payments or refunds in case of discrepancies with the time provided for by the contract. The system simplifies the entry of data by means of preliminary calculations of standard contracts already available in the system. This will not only speed up calculations, but also reduce the percentage of errors that distort the result.

LaytimeIQ AI + is a fully automated calculation of steel time using artificial intelligence. The user will need to upload two documents into the system - a charter (freight contract) and a state (a document that actually contains data on the time of arrival of the ship at the port, the use of steel time, breaks and downtime during loading or unloading). The neural network analyzes them and calculates the amount for return or additional payment for the actual time the ship is in the port if it differs from the freight specified in the contract.

SearouteIQ is already available on the web platform and Android, and the iOS version will arrive on March 20, 2025. The calculation of steel time, LaytimeIQ, will be available from March 1 in the web version and for Android devices. The iOS app is scheduled for release on March 20, while Apple users can work with an adaptive web version.
