"Sveza" in the Sverdlovsk region trains employees using a robot

The timber industry group Sveza"" acquired a robot for the plant in. With Sverdlovsk region its help, the engineers of the enterprise will study, to programming repair robotizations and equipment. The first tests have already begun. The company announced this on February 18, 2025.

Plywood enterprise "Svezy" in the village of Verkhnyaya Sinyachikha, Sverdlovsk Region - a group plant with a training class on the territory. The room is intended for training of technical service employees, as well as for conducting theoretical and practical classes for students of specialized areas.

So, in 2025, a robot manipulator appeared at the Svezy educational site. With the help of a "new employee," the specialists of the technical service of the plant learn how to program robots, adapt them to perform key, painting and sorting work. In addition, employees gain practical skills in the maintenance and repair of new equipment, which improves their skills and contributes to the implementation of innovative technologies in production.

Our company annually invests in modernizing the production processes of its business units. We are introducing more and more innovative solutions to improve the quality of products and labor productivity. In 2025, one of these solutions was robots, which will facilitate the manual work of our employees and increase the efficiency of operations. Our plant for February 2025 is at the test stage. The technical service is actively studying the new robot manipulator. In the future, we plan to train employees of the enterprise with his help and become a center of expertise in technical issues, - commented Viktor Afanasyev, director of the Sveza plant in Verkhnyaya Sinyachikha.

Already in the spring of 2025, the first technical service employees are planned to be trained at the Verkhnyaya Sinyachikha plant. The course specifically for "Sveza" is being developed by teachers of the Ural State Forestry University. With its help, the plant in Verkhnyaya Sinyachikha will grow internal experts who are ready to train not only the company's employees, but also representatives of other enterprises.
