2025: Automatic Voice Assistant Development

On February 18, 2025, TransTeleCom developed the Automatic Voice Assistant (ROBOT OPERATOR) and introduced it into the work of the single city portal "Мой-Новороссийск.рф." In addition, the ROBOT was integrated into the Virtual PBX digital service system, which made it possible to distribute incoming calls from citizens. The updates made it possible to serve at least 50 subscribers in normal mode and more than 100 subscribers in emergency mode.

The robot can effectively inform residents of the city about accidents and utilities carried out by resource-supplying and adjacent network organizations, notify about the results of the work carried out according to citizens' messages and allows effective use of the Мой-Новороссийск.рф portal. Also, the ROBOT OPERATOR records the call, saves the call file and translates it into a text form. The ability to store audio recording for at least three months is provided, there are analytics functions and much more.

The joint work of digital services TransTeleCom and the Administration of the municipal district of Novorossiysk has demonstrated high efficiency and great potential for further scaling of the company's integration and digital solutions. The introduction of an automatic voice assistant has significantly reduced the waiting queue on the line and helps to effectively process appeals from citizens of Novorossiysk.
