2025: Introduction of BIT.Medicine 365
First Bit introduced the cloud medical information system BIT Meditsina 365 into the work of Kopeysky Machine-Building Plant JSC. This was announced by "First Bit" on February 18, 2025.
Among the tasks facing the integrator was the preparation of the enterprise for compliance with legislative requirements, according to which the plant must promptly transmit data on medical reports to the USISHC (uniform state information system of health care).
To do this, the company needed a convenient service for maintaining medical records, including the transfer of data to the Uniform State Health Information System.
In the course of analyzing the market for automated solutions for medicine, the Chelyabinsk office of First Bit, which has extensive experience and expertise in automating medical business processes, was chosen as a partner.
The project was implemented in record time - in just two weeks. This became possible thanks to the operational interaction between the plant team and the specialists of the First Bit company.
With the introduction of the cloud system, we were able to switch to the latest standards of medical accounting, which made it possible to quickly adapt to the requirements of the legislation, without increasing the burden on employees, - said Elena Panasenko, chief physician of the sanatorium-dispensary of Kopeysky Machine-Building Plant JSC. |
The cloud system "BIT Medicina 365," selected for the project, allows not only to perform the function of data transfer to the Uniform State Health Information System, but also fully covers all aspects of medical accounting in an industrial enterprise. The cloud solution integrates with the N3.Health platform to ensure reliable and easy interaction with government systems.
As a result of the implementation, the sanatorium-dispensary of Kopeyskiy Machine-Building Plant JSC solved the problem with the transfer of data to the Uniform State Health Information System and automated the processes of operation of the dispensary. Patient registration and completion of consultation protocols is now carried out not in spreadsheets, but directly in the BIT.Medicina 365 program. This made it possible to reduce the time spent by employees of the sanatorium-dispensary on organizational and accounting work.
Before the full launch, training video materials and training in the program were prepared for the specialists of the Kopeysky Machine-Building Plant. This project serves as an example of how modern IT solutions can have a positive impact on the organization of processes and improving the quality of service for employees in production.
