History
2025: Production Launch
The production of high-precision equipment for micro-processing of metal was launched in Russia in 2025. Localization of the assembly of Aeromacht laser machines was started by GK Equipment Technologies LLC. The new capacity is designed to make microelectronics components, including chips. Production aims to reduce imports and strengthen the national technology sector. This became known on February 18, 2025.
Such machines are in demand in the production of electronic components, medical products, as well as in jewelry and precision engineering. Their use will significantly increase the accuracy of processing parts, which is a key factor in the production of complex products.
In Russia,Localized production includes the production of two models of Aeromacht laser machines:
- SFL3030 - working field 300×300 mm.
- SFL6080 - working field 600×800 mm.
The equipment has high machining accuracy, providing a minimum cut width of 0.02 mm and positioning accuracy of up to 100 microns. This makes it possible to work effectively with metals and alloys up to 5 mm thick, which is especially important for the production of chips and other microelectronics components.
Aeromacht machines have a number of key advantages. Their compact size allows you to use equipment in production premises with an area of 4 m ². High cutting accuracy minimizes the thermal impact on the material, which reduces the risk of deformation. Energy-efficient technologies reduce operating costs, and a convenient management system provides the ability to program complex tasks.
The launch of local production will reduce logistics costs and increase the availability of equipment for Russian enterprises. This is especially true in the context of the need for technological independence and import substitution.[1][2]
