AMT Group created complex communication infrastructure in Pratt and Whitney-Rus LLC, subsidiary company of the Canadian corporation Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp. Upgrade of the existing local computer network of the company is carried out and the network of a corporate IP telephony is unrolled. The effective communication channel with the central office in Canada and other platforms of corporation using packet forwarding of a voice is organized. The staff of the company received modern means of communication and communications thanks to which workflows and internal interaction with the international offices of the company will become more effective and convenient.
Specialists of AMT Group successfully turned on office in a single corporate network of telephone communication within which the vista number shot is supported. Users have access to a broad spectrum of additional telephone services: call management, conference communication, readdressing, use of directories of phone numbers, etc.
IP of the PBX of Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express working at a basis of the Cisco 3825 router became a basis of a complex of a corporate IP telephony. Interaction with an all-corporate system of telephony at head office in Canada which is also implemented on the basis of voice solutions of Cisco is performed over the existing corporate WAN data network.
For the organization of work of service of voice mail the Cisco Unity Express system is used. Subscribers have an opportunity to leave, listen, send and delete messages of voice mail using IP phones.
The local computer network is built on the basis of a stack of the Cisco switches Catalyst 3750. The functionality of a LAN includes Gigabit Ethernet support, a power supply of IP phones on PoE technology, ensures functioning with modular transceivers of the interfaces SFP or GBIC, TCP/IP routing, support of virtual networks (VLAN), provides classification and marking of traffic and also the differentiated service of packets on the basis of their marking and/or classification.
For support of high-quality voice transmission in a LAN mechanisms of ensuring quality of service are configured. Marking of voice traffic and traffic of signaling is applied.
