The upgraded line of analog cameras of JVC Professional company includes power economical models of dome type — TK-C2201E, TK-C2201WPE, and classical design — TK-C9200E, TK-C9300E. The updated surveillance cameras use the 14-bit processor of the last generation and provide image transfer with the resolution of 600 TVL and also create brighter and sharp image with the improved color rendition. For quality improvement of video these cameras support such functions as noise reduction of 3DNR, high dynamic range of ExDR Plus, Super LoLux™, a zone automatic white balance of Area White Balance, etc. which allow to exploit them in composition of video surveillance with high quality requirements of the current and archive video.
Thanks to application in analog cameras of video surveillance of a what series of the new 14-bit digital signal processor and 1/3" CCD matrixes to specialists of JVC was succeeded to increase their permission to 600 TVL. Based on the processor the advanced control algorithm is also implemented by exposure of Super LoLux™ at the expense of which cameras transfer color saturated video even in the conditions of weak illumination. Important characteristic for a video surveillance system is the high dynamic range of ExDR Plus (Extended Dynamic Range) of cameras which allows to conduct high-quality shooting of an object at a counter flare and compensates a difference of the lightest and dark areas in a frame.
The day/night function which is implemented in all energy saving models allows to provide transfer of the informative image with the broad range of illumination levels. It allows to create the color/black-and-white image at the minimum osveshchennost to 0.05/0.006 lx, and at activation of the mode of accumulation of the personnel the sensitivity of surveillance cameras increases up to 0.025/0.003 lx. Thanks to the improved color rendition, new products can be used in composition of video surveillance of an object on which mercury lamps are used to lighting.
The advanced technology of image processing allowed to improve and other characteristics of analog cameras. In particular, stable managed to make operation of the camera in the mode of automatic tracking of a white balance in which the white balance is estimated on specific sites of a frame and provides correct transfer of color of all objects getting to the area of video surveillance. The upgraded cameras of JVC optimum will be suitable for a video surveillance system with high quality requirements of video as have a high ratio "signal/noise" 52 dB (without gain of video signal), the increased sharpness of circuits of objects and use Reduction 3D Noise technology (3DNR) for elimination of a noise component of the image when shooting in low-light-level conditions.
Power economical cameras of classical design are delivered without lens, and models of dome type go with a varifocal lens with focal distance of 2.8-10.5 mm and a viewing angle from 100 ° up to 24 °. At the same time coincidence tuning of focus of a lens on site of video surveillance is performed in one contact using the corporate Fine Adjust mechanism. Construction of the body protects TK-C2201E/WPE from blows and actions of vandals. It allows to set TK-C2201E in video surveillance systems of objects with risk of emergence of acts of vandalism, and TK-C2201WPE also on the open areas as this camera has a class of heat/moisture protection IP66.
Power consumption of all energy saving new products averages 40% below, than at other models similar to them in technical characteristics. Adjustment of key parameters and functions of surveillance cameras to be made by an installer on site of their installation using DIP switches. For optimization of video under type of monitors of a video surveillance system switching of the LCD1/LCD2/CRT modes is provided. At image output on the screen its gamma correction is executed: on the LCD display the image becomes brighter, contrast and saturated, and on the CRT monitor video clearness in dark sections of a frame increases.
