2025: Implementation of ELMA365
The company Onellect has completed a project to optimize and automate sales processes with the help of ELMA365 the company. USYSTEMS Dunnock's decision made it possible to conduct all stages of the transaction in a single system, starting with the establishment of leads and ending with the shipment of goods. Onellect announced this on February 24, 2025.
USYSTEMS is one of the Russian manufacturers of pipelines and components for heating, water supply, heating of lawns and outdoor areas, as well as intra-quarter heat supply networks. USYSTEMS solutions are used for residential, industrial and commercial construction, sports and agricultural facilities.
Before the introduction of the ELMA365, USYSTEMS used foreign solutions, but after the departure of foreign vendors from the Russian market, the question arose of migration to domestic software.
Onellect specialists were faced with the task of optimizing the processes of working with orders: it was necessary to automate the entire cycle of the transaction - from the establishment of a lead, setting up a CP to the shipment of goods. At the same time, it was necessary to configure two-way data exchange with the 1C system.
To achieve these goals, the project was divided into 2 main blocks:
1. Implement order logic and automate ELMA365 processes
2. Integration of ELMA365 and 1C ERP
As part of the project, an analysis of existing business processes was carried out, during which long and complex transaction processing chains were identified. Subsequently, these processes were divided into smaller and more manageable processes, which allowed them to be transferred to the new system.
Two-way data exchange between ELMA365 and 1C was implemented using a certified connector developed earlier by Onellect. The connector allowed the exchange of documents and data from reference books, and the development of an additional business process helped synchronize records from registers, which made it possible to receive all the necessary information on the transaction, working in a single window. It is worth noting separately that when using the 1C connector, you can independently add or remove integration objects to the ELMA365 without involving developers, saving budget and time.
Using the 1C connector, counterparty data with customer information, reference data on the product, including current balances, were transferred to the ELMA365. This provided centralized access to the necessary information.
Onellect has developed an interface for the sales department, which made it possible to quickly create sales offers taking into account data on product balances.
During the project, USYSTEMS implemented a flexible and adaptable system, which made it possible to optimize sales processes, minimize manual work to transfer data from ELMA365 to 1C and back, reduce the likelihood of errors, and increase control and transparency of work.
The sales automation and integration project with 1C can be considered successful, and I am sincerely pleased with the results achieved. I would especially like to note the high level of involvement and support from the Onellect and ELMA teams. They are able to solve not only standard tasks, but also skillfully cope with more complex challenges that arose during the implementation process.
