The Trust national bank implements the system of analytics for card business

Implementation in NB "Trust" BI- platforms became the next stage in business process automation of crediting in outlets and mass issue of credit cards SAS Banking Intelligence Solution. The partner in an implementation project the company AT Consulting.

About the Project

The bank was faced by a task: creation of the convenient and effective tool for business divisions and top managers and also adjacent divisions.

The bank needed the instrument of obtaining statistics on historical data, predictive analytics. It would allow to make management decisions on development in all areas: business, to transactions, risks.

As a basis for tools it was selected BI- the platform SAS.

Implementation

Each logic block of the project - implementation of BI for POS crediting and for card business, was broken into two stages: implementation and development. Now input stages on POS crediting are completed, for card business of work are still conducted, is going to complete them at the end of January, 2011.

Results

The project on implementation of BI regarding POS crediting is already finished: the provided tool actively is used, promoting increase in efficiency of analysts.

Opinion

The purposes which were set by bank are reached. The project still is fully not finished, however forward development on the person. The basis for all business relying on the relevant divisions will be created at the end of January, 2011, Sergey Chikov, the director of the department of information and banking technologies of remote sales of credit products reported.
