Machine tool building holding "STAN" has produced a completely domestic five-axis machine VMB 800 with CNC for processing cast body parts used in aircraft and helicopter construction. The VMB processing center is equipped with a high-speed spindle motor and a numerical control system developed and manufactured in Russia. Besides, the equipment is equipped with a non-inertial hydraulic brake of rotary axles of domestic manufacture. The production machine allows you to qualitatively process such parts as brackets for the release of spoilers (reduce the lifting force on the wing of the aircraft), elements of the power frame of the tail and others.

The start of serial production by STAN of the fully domestic processing center VMB 800 is another confident step in the development of the Russian industry of means of production and ensuring the technological sovereignty of the aviation industry.
