2025: HRlink Service Implementation

On March 7, 2025, ETM, a comprehensive supplier of engineering systems, announced that it had transferred personnel workflow to electronic format by introducing the HRlink service. Refusal of paper in the KDP freed up 15% of the working time of personnel specialists, which they can send to other tasks that require their professional competencies.

As reported, ETM is an integrated supplier of equipment for engineering systems and automation. The staff of the organization includes over 10.5 thousand people, and the geography of business covers the whole of Russia - ETM is represented in more than 120 cities of Russia, has more than 200 points of sale and nine logistics centers.

Most of the company's employees work in sales offices and warehouse complexes. Personnel issues are dealt with by specialists from the personnel management service - there are eight such units in ETM. The distributed structure of the company, as well as the time and financial costs of regular transfer of securities, set the HR team the task of optimizing personnel workflow through automation. The implementation of EDC solves the problem of losing documents during their delivery to the addressee, and also optimizes communication with employees if you need to make adjustments to the design of forms.

The selection of the supplier of the solution for digitalization of the KDP began in 2022. A team of technical and personnel specialists, as well as security experts, analyzed the market for personnel EDO services. Among the criteria by which the solutions were evaluated were the ability to quickly integrate the platform with the 1S:ZUP system, as well as its convenience, both for the HR team and for all ETM employees. Based on the results of studying several proposals, ETM specialists came to the conclusion that HRlink service provided the most of the company's needs in HR processes.

The introduction of the system began with a pilot project - about 200 IT specialists were the first to switch to personnel EDO in ETM - during the year, the main mechanisms of work in the system were worked out with them. In 2024, ETM began scaling the KDP automation project for the entire team. With the support of HRlink managers, an information campaign was launched, which prepared an online course for all employees. Materials from it were available in the company's distance learning system. In addition, corporate mailing was regularly carried out, and ETM social networks were also involved.

On an individual basis, seminars were held with office managers in remote cities who were previously responsible for sending documents to the personnel management service, as well as division heads - this made it possible to demonstrate the benefits of personnel EDO for employees, management and the company as a whole. As a result, the company has a loyal core of managers who began to promote the idea of switching to personnel EDO among employees.

As a result, in almost a year, more than 70% of ETM employees joined HRlink. The company plans to achieve an indicator of 95-100% by the spring of 2025.

KDP automation has helped our company achieve several goals. First of all, the service optimized the unification of all processes in all cities of ETM presence - this task received a high level of prioritization during the project with HRlink. In addition, the rejection of paper, of course, reduced the routine burden on personnel specialists - according to our calculations, the introduction of HRlink made it possible to free up about 15% of the time, which can now be directed to more complex and creative HR tasks.
