2025: Introduction of BIT.Finans.Holding

First Bit automated the Budgeting unit for Transoil LLC, which provides engineering support for construction projects. This made it possible to reduce labor costs in departments for 30%, and the time for preparing some types of reporting was reduced from 30 days to 3 hours. This "First Bit" reported on March 7, 2025.

The company already has experience in automation: the treasury process was previously automated using the BIT.Finans.Prof solution for 1C: Accounting 8. However, due to the lack of competencies for the implementation of the Budgeting unit, the company's management decided to seek help from the First Bit company.

Before the start of the project, the actual management accounting data was obtained manually. After closing the quarter within a month, the necessary information was collected from the accounting systems 1C: Salary and Human Resources and 1C: PROF Accounting, which was manually filled out in Excel tables. After that, based on these data, reporting was formed. The impossibility of obtaining operational information and the laboriousness of collecting fact on MDR prompted us to turn to the integrator of effective IT solutions "First Bit" for process automation, - said Ilya Korshunov, director of TRANSOIL LLC.

As part of the project, the First Bit specialists introduced the BIT.Finans.Holding software product for TRANSOIL, which made it possible to automate the Budgeting unit. Thanks to the decision, employees of the company can quickly receive actual data on budgets in the context of projects and generate reports for 1C: Accounting 8.

During the month, TRANSOIL LLC employees work on various projects. The typical functionality did not allow the distribution of wages depending on the project, which caused difficulties in the distribution of income and expenses for each of them. The revision of the standard broadcasting rules for the documents "Reflection of salaries in accounting" ensured the distribution of all expenses for remuneration in the Central Federal District and projects, and also made it possible to automatically form a fact on the budget of income and expenses in the context of projects, - said the project manager of the integrator of effective IT solutions "First Bit" in Krasnodar on Kozhevennaya Svetlana Shikunova.

As a result of the work, automatic reporting was set up, which made it possible to reduce the reporting process from Z0 days to 3 hours. The amount of manual labor decreased and errors related to the human factor disappeared. As a result, the accuracy and speed of the preparation of management reports for the company's management has increased.

The introduction of the software product BIT.FINANCE/Holding made it possible to increase the efficiency of TRANSOIL LLC's business processes in terms of budgeting and improve the quality of management decision-making due to the efficiency and completeness of displaying budget information in the accounting system.
