2025: Tiger Pro Ecolotiger Introduction

InnoAgroTech has presented the Tiger Pro Ecolotiger solution for tillage, which has been tested in 10 regions of Russia. Skolkovo reported this on March 7, 2025.

The device is designed to loosen the soil to a depth of 45 cm. In one approach, it simultaneously grinds and mixes plant residues with the earth, provides soil infiltration, saturation with moisture and oxygen, and levels and rolls the field. Thanks to its special design, the unit is compatible with tractors from Russian manufacturers and provides significant fuel economy.

2024 became the most difficult year in the history of meteorological observations due to the lack of precipitation in the Central Federal District, Southern Federal District, Volga region and, conversely, heavy rains in Siberia. In such conditions, technology is in demand that will not only treat soil resembling compressed burned bricks in consistency, but can also cope with one of the main problems of Russian farmers - the so-called "plow sole." This is a compacted layer of soil that occurs at great depths due to lack of moisture. Such a task is beyond conventional technology. Our unit works along the entire width of the grip at a depth below the occurrence of the "plow sole," destroying it, - said Alexander Zaginailov, director of the development of the portfolio of products of tillage equipment at InnoAgroTech.

Over the summer season, more than 10 regions of Russia have been tested. The tillage machine has shown effectiveness in combating overdensification even in the most difficult climatic conditions and has increased the moisture supply of crops. Nikolai Sergienko, an expert on tillage technology at InnoAgroTech, explained that Ecolotiger can be integrated into both the classical tillage technology and the minimum. Tillage with a discolap deep-tiller is suitable for sowing not only grain and leguminous crops, but also for row crops and sugar beets.

As of March 2025, the line includes two models - YeT-535 and ET-735 with a grip width of 3.8 and 5.3 m, which are aggregated with tractors equipped with engines with power from 340 to 500 hp. Production was established at the plant in Yelabuga as part of the Tiger Pro project. The total investment in product development and production launch exceeded 250 million rubles.

Ecolotiger is included in the subsidized leasing program of Rosagroleasing. This allows you to purchase equipment with significant benefit. The decision of the Skolkovsky resident has already interested many farmers both in the Russian and foreign markets. The company has established service, supply of components and spare parts throughout Russia.
