The service will help real estate owners assess the profitability of their apartment under different scenarios, choose the best way to make money on it and answer the question "rent or sell?" The service is already available on desktop, iOS and Android.

The question of what to do with real estate and what scenario is the most profitable for the owner worries many. On the one hand, it is possible to sell an apartment and put a large amount in a bank at interest. On the other hand, rental prices are also growing - by the end of 2024, the demand for rental housing increased by 3%. Against the background of the abolition of preferential mortgages, this allowed owners to increase rates - on average by 18% in the Russian Federation (i.e. 8% higher than inflation). As a result, the yield on long-term rental increased by 7.5%, and daily - by almost 10%.
