Based on the Russian the enterprise application design platform Talent Rocks , created mobile application "." Distance Learning System Movements of the First More than 6.7 thousand employees of the movement out of 89 regions of Russia use it to gain new knowledge, exchange best practices and communicate with colleagues. This was RFRIT announced on March 13, 2025.

The IT solution was developed by Iventiches with grant support from the Russian Information Technology Development Fund.

The comprehensive product for training, adaptation and internal communications programs meets all Russian requirements for the security and storage of personal data and has already shown effectiveness in the Rosmolodyozha project "More than travel."

Talent Rocks training can take place in the format of a webinar or self-study of materials uploaded to the platform. 3.5 thousand people take courses every day. In addition to educational, the application also has a social function - to unite employees of the First Movement from different regions.

It was important for us to create not only an educational environment, but also a space in which everyone will be in a single information field. And for many employees from remote regions, the opportunity to share their experience and developments, just to communicate with like-minded people, turned out to be one of the most important, - said Elena Lebedeva, head of the corporate university of the Movement of the First.

Most users log into the app every day to chat in shared or regional chats, ask for advice or share experiences. More than 40 thousand messages have already been left on the platform and their number continues to grow daily.

There are also elements of gamification in the application. Employees receive points for taking courses, actively participating in webinars and offline events. Useful gifts await those who receive the most points.

Mobile training of employees of the Movement of the First is a major infrastructure project. Every day, a lot is downloaded to the platform, educational content thousands of users log in and actively interact with the application and each other. It is also important for us that there is still a large margin of productivity for connecting new employees of the Movement. For March 2025, Talent Rocks accompanies the First Movement as part of technical and methodological work.
