NPO Kompyyuter filled and adapted the "Personnel of the Public (Municipal) Service" system for management of the HR policy and an organizational examination of administration of Izhevsk.
The technical specifications developed by the customer's specialists contained requirements for automation of maintaining the register of municipal employees, the staff list, time keeping, formation of a talent pool, formation of orders and orders.
The implemented solution allowed to automate accounting of regular and official structure, personal records of employees with entering of information on qualification categories, cool ranks and education and also to configure document templates and reports.
The organization of maintaining the register of municipal employees was one of the most important tasks. For collecting of necessary information on employees of subordinated organizations the possibility of export/import of data to XML format was used.
A system allows to change a type and structure of the displayed information that it was used for setup of representations individually for each user. During trial operation the functions of requests by the parameters set by users allowing to display the information required are checked.
