Rostelecom has chosen the Akola platform to create portal solutions, landings and sites. The Akola platform allows you to quickly develop portal solutions, web applications and landing pages for various business tasks. The operator announced this on March 17, 2025.

Rostelecom has created more than 20 internal and client information portals using the platform, which are successfully operating as of March 2025. Akola reduces the launch time of applications and services by 50% compared to using standard development methods. Rostelecom plans to actively use the potential of Akola to digitalize and automate internal business processes related to project management, improve communication between employees and optimize document management, which will generally increase productivity and transparency of work within the company.

Akola is part of the Lukomorye IT ecosystem: the platform allows you to develop web applications and sites of any complexity without involving highly paid IT developers and manual programming, only using built-in no-code tools such as data models and processing algorithms.
