2024: Implementation of "ProgramBank.ABS BS"

The Progr amBank company has implemented a project to introduce the automated banking system ProgramBank.ABS BS at Nalchik Bank. This was announced by ProgramBank on March 17, 2025.

The bank has faced a need to modernise its processes due to growing demand for services and increased reporting requirements. The previous system did not cope with the new tasks, which led to low efficiency and significant costs for fulfilling regulatory requirements.

The implementation project started in April 2024 and was completed by December 31 of the same year. Since the beginning of 2025, the bank has begun full-fledged work on the the ProgramBank.ABS BS platform.

The introduction of ProgramBank.ABS BS allowed Nalchik Bank to solve the accumulated problems. The system provides a full range of banking operations, including settlement and cash services, deposit and credit operations for legal entities and individuals, as well as automated reporting in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank.

The implementation process was carried out in close cooperation with the bank's employees. The specialists of the company "ProgramBank" promptly resolved emerging issues, ensuring a systematic transition to the system. Uploading data from the old system, their reconciliation and transfer to the new ABS were completely carried out by ProgramBank. Now the bank can automatically generate and upload regulatory reports.

The introduction of ProgramBank.ABS BS significantly expanded the functionality of Nalchik Bank. This made it possible not only to improve the quality of customer service, but also to create conditions for launching new products and increasing the volume of services provided.

The transition to the ProgramBank.ABS BS platform was an important step in the development of Nalchik Bank, strengthening its position in the market and ensuring long-term competitiveness.
