The Mosfundamentstroy-6 company, one of the oldest construction companies of Moscow and Russia, completed creation of an information system based on the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".

The decision on need of implementation of a new system was made for support of further development of the company. The company looked for a system with great opportunities for scalability and performance and also with additional functionality on accounting.

Activity of "MFS-6" has a number of features - the enterprise works through the intermediary (agent), and besides, there is a multistage procedure of assignment of rights of the buyer for the purchased products, with deniability from purchase at any stage of the transaction.

In a project deliverable, executed by 1C: Accounting and Trade company, key business processes of the company were automated using standard functionality of "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" and also the add-on modules mentioning managerial, accounting and tax accounting were developed for reflection of the listed above features. Such functions as reflection of the preliminary arrangement between the agent and the potential buyer were implemented; charge of remuneration to the agent; transfer of the right of the buyer for the purchased products to the following buyer in case of his failure from its acquisition; conducting difficult accounting of the "entering" VAT; the multilevel cost accounting on construction works; accounting of transport and procurement calculations.

Project implementation took 12 months. 15 jobs were automated. By the customer's estimates, the effect of implementation of the ERP system is expressed in reducing costs for operational business activities (accounting, preparation of accounting and tax reports), reduction of "manual" transactions and conversion of employees. On some sections expenses on accounting decreased twice.

The management is going to expand possibilities of use of the implemented information system, including, thanks to inclusion in workflow of budgeting subsystems and management of customer relations (CRM).
