The project was implemented in just three months, despite the difficulty of migrating data from the current system, which has been in use and finalized for more than 10 years. This was announced by "First Bit" on March 18, 2025.

In addition to the tight deadlines, the complexity of the project was also that the First Bit team was faced with the task of integrating Bitrix24 with the customized service of UTA Company LLC, providing a minimum amount of improvements on the telephony service side, as well as migrating a large amount of historical data - more than a million records.

To implement such a large-scale task, within the time frame specified by the client, the specialists of First Bit, together with UTA Company LLC, identified and prioritized the functions of the foreign CRM system, which must be transferred to Bitrix24. Due to the large number of differences between Bitrix24 and the current CRM and the tight implementation dates, the process of determining the minimum composition of requirements for launching the project into operation required great flexibility from the specialists of both companies, - said Marina Haydarova, head of the project management department "First Bit," Moscow Sports office.

For three months of work on the project, the First Bit team has set up an object model (more than 10 new objects) and more than 100 user fields.

In addition, the business processes of the service department and the marketing department were automated, the integration with the customer's custom telephony service in terms of making outgoing calls was improved.

As a result of the work, the First Bit team transferred to Bitrix24 the working processes of the divisions of UTA Company LLC: marketing department, several equipment sales departments (design sales), parts and components sales department (quick sales), service department and procurement department. A total of 200 jobs were automated.

The transfer of data and processes to Bitrix24 in a short time allowed UTA Company LLC to quickly switch to a CRM system that supports all key business processes and ensures high speed of operation.
