The project was implemented by the developer of the Russian software product - Digital Design. The entire audit cycle in the area of quality standards is supported.

Baltika Brewing Company regularly assesses the compliance of its operations with corporate standards. Its purpose is to ensure the quality and efficiency of production. Previously, the company used a foreign application as a tool to support the work of internal auditors, as well as to take into account the results of external inspections.

In 2023, Baltika faced the need to switch to a domestic solution. The main criteria for choosing the system were its functionality and self-tuning tools, as well as the ability to adapt to the individual features of audits.

According to the results of market analysis, Baltika made a choice in favor of AVACOR. Now the company's auditors perform the whole range of work with the help of a Russian solution: from the formation of documents and requirements according to which inspections are carried out, to setting tasks for eliminating non-conformities and automatically summing up the results.

A feature of the project was the customization of AVACOR, taking into account the needs of Baltika specialists. The work of auditors is connected with a large amount of information: hundreds of questions contain detailed information about processes, goals and parameters of compliance with standards. At the same time, checks are carried out directly at production sites. For these reasons, auditors needed to provide convenient access to data from smartphones or tablets.

Digital Design specialists have supplemented AVACOR with a tool that allows you to structurally present all the necessary information on any device, including mobile ones. Auditors, working with the solution, gain access to issues in aggregate form, enter the results of inspections and comments, set tasks to eliminate violations to responsible employees.
