Sphere of Goszaprosy SberKorus T-Bank He began to exchange with the service information with law enforcement agencies many times faster to increase the detection of crimes. This was SberKorus announced on March 19, 2025.
Due to the introduction of electronic document management during the exchange of information between T-Bank and law enforcement officers, the time for obtaining the necessary information about legal entities and individuals within the framework of legal and reasonable requests of law enforcement officers will be reduced ‒ from up to 45 days earlier to 8 minutes now.
T-Bank switched to legally significant electronic document management (EDM) when exchanging information about users of banking services with law enforcement agencies in the event of legitimate requests from the latter.
The service reduces the speed of response generation and request processing to an average of 8 minutes instead of 45 days earlier.
The sphere of Goszaprosy ‒ this system of providing information for information interaction through the exchange of electronic documents of credit organizations with law enforcement agencies: the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Investigative Committee of Russia, the FSB of Russia and other relevant departments.
The request from law enforcement officers is encrypted and sent to the service, then the State Request Sphere receives and transmits the encrypted request to the destination organization. Then the validation is checked: the organization's system decrypts the request and checks the electronic signature certificate. At the end of the process, the ‒ system or specialist prepares a response to the request and sends it to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB or the UK.
To use the service, an organization interested in providing information at the request of government agencies in electronic form must conclude an agreement with a government agency and configure integration with SberKorus as an EDO operator. After that, an employee of a government agency through his personal account can work in the system and send appropriate requests: only a computer and an electronic signature will be needed.
Service Sphere of State Inquiries reduces the risks of errors in manual data entry and the human factor when processing documents of requests from law enforcement agencies to banks. It also allows you to transfer more than 99% of requests from law enforcement officers to electronic interaction channels as new types of banking information are launched. The solution reduces credit institutions up to 70% of financial costs for processing requests and up to 100% of savings on printing and delivery of paper documents. According to SberKorus, the number of users of the service has grown 3 times since 2022, and the number of requests processed during the same period ‒ 2.5 times, which indicates the demand for the service by our partners and its social and commercial significance, ― said Nikolai Bogdanov, Deputy General Director of SberKorus for interaction with state bodies. |
