History

2025: Opening of the clinic for ₽900 million

In the village of Novoselye, Lomonosov District, Leningrad Region, a new polyclinic was opened, for which ₽900 million were allocated. The medical facility, designed for 600 visits per shift, began admitting patients in March 2025. The clinic was built as part of the implementation of the regional program "Modernization of primary care" of the national project "Health."

According to Delovoy Petersburg, out of the total number of visits, 440 places are intended for adult patients and 160 for children. The medical complex serves residents of not only the village of Novoselye, but also the adjacent settlements of the Lomonosov district.

The polyclinic building is a five-story complex with a total area of ​ ​ 10,614 square meters. The room has five elevators, and entrance groups are equipped taking into account the needs of people with limited mobility, which provides an accessible environment for all categories of patients.

In addition to standard polyclinic services and departments, the medical institution includes an ambulance station, a full-fledged trauma department with an operating room and a dental department for serving adults and children. Also in the clinic there is a women's consultation, an emergency children's care unit, an infectious box with a separate entrance and several day hospitals.

Particular attention was paid to the technical equipment of the new medical institution. The clinic is equipped with modern high-tech equipment, including a digital fluorograph, a mammograph and an X-ray machine, as well as modern dental installations.

The decision to build the clinic was made back in 2020. Initially, the cost of the project was estimated at ₽920 million, funding was carried out from the budget of the Leningrad region. The need to create a new medical institution was due to active housing construction in the village of Novoselye, located near the KAD junction with Krasnoselsky highway. In August 2020, the project received a positive conclusion from Lenoblgosexpertiza, after which the preparation of documentation for the announcement of the construction competition began.^[1]
