2025: Lanit Smart Manufacturing Introduction

Specialists of the Department of Digital Transformation of Mechanical Engineering LANIT presented a platform for digitalization of LANIT SMART MANUFACTURING (LSM) production. The company announced this on March 21, 2025.

One of the components of LSM is the smart Tool Data Management (TDM) tool accounting system, adapted to the needs of engineering enterprises. Specialized equipment automatically registers and analyzes processes related to the collection, return, state and life of the instrument, minimizing human participation.

According to the developers, the product was developed by LANIT in close cooperation with one of the aircraft manufacturers and with its methodological expertise. The platform is focused on optimizing the management of production processes, ensuring high quality standards at all stages and taking into account the real needs of the customer.

One of the key features of LSM is its modularity and customization capability, which allows easy integration into existing infrastructure. The solution is designed on web technologies, which makes it a universal tool that is independent of the operating system.

Our product is not just a set of tools, but a single ecosystem that closes all key processes of the workshop level: from planning and dispatching to equipment monitoring, tool management and quality.
