2025: Migration to "1C: Payroll and personnel of a public institution "
"First Bit" in just three months completed the migration of personnel accounting and payroll of more than 1,700 employees of the City Clinical Hospital No. 13 of Nizhny Novgorod to the system "1C: Payroll and personnel of a state institution." This "First Bit" reported on March 24, 2025.
The transition from the Parus system to the 1C platform made it possible to significantly reduce the labor costs of employees of the personnel circuit of the hospital. Accounting in the system has become faster, and the transparency of processes has increased. The deadlines for receiving regulated reporting decreased by 10%, and the formation of management reports was accelerated by 15%.
Choosing a partner for migration to another personnel information system, the hospital management focused on the integrator of effective IT solutions "First Bit," which has extensive experience in implementing solutions for automating business processes and accounting in budgetary institutions.
The project was implemented in a short time thanks to the coordinated work of the project teams of the First Bit and City Clinical Hospital No. 13. For three months, we transferred all the necessary data and directories, conducted training for 35 key employees and launched payroll from the first month of 2025 without duplication in the previous system, "said Darya Balandina, leading specialist of the department for implementing the integrator of effective IT solutions" First Bit "in Nizhny Novgorod. All work on data transfer and customization of the software product was carried out using remote connection and communication tools, and training and consultations were carried out in person on the territory of City Clinical Hospital No. 13. Once a week, the project teams of the customer and the integrator held meetings.
The system "1C: Payroll and personnel of the state institution" was placed at its own facilities of GKB No. 13. For the customer, the potential opportunity to switch to the cloud "1C" in the future was important, so the customization of the software product was carried out without changing the typical configuration.
The deep immersion of employees in the 1C environment during the first stages of the project allowed the city hospital to benefit more from the available functions. Also, during the training of key users, additional needs were identified that influenced the adjustment of the revision plan. As a result, this allowed to reduce the total cost of the project. After the successful commissioning of the system and timely paid salaries to employees for the first month, the specialists of the First Bit continued to work with GKB No. 13 as part of post-project support.
The transition to the 1C platform of the City Clinical Hospital No. 13 opened new horizons for automation of processes in a state institution. The new product reduced human resources and payroll costs for 1,700 employees, and opened up the possibility of potentially moving the system to the cloud, which will significantly reduce cost of ownership.
