"First Bit" in just three months completed the migration of personnel accounting and payroll of more than 1,700 employees of the City Clinical Hospital No. 13 of Nizhny Novgorod to the system "1C: Payroll and personnel of a state institution." This "First Bit" reported on March 24, 2025.

The project was implemented in a short time thanks to the coordinated work of the project teams of the First Bit and City Clinical Hospital No. 13. The deep immersion of employees in the 1C environment during the first stages of the project allowed the city hospital to benefit more from the available functions. Also, during the training of key users, additional needs were identified that influenced the adjustment of the revision plan. As a result, this allowed to reduce the total cost of the project. After the successful commissioning of the system and timely paid salaries to employees for the first month, the specialists of the First Bit continued to work with GKB No. 13 as part of post-project support.

The transition to the 1C platform of the City Clinical Hospital No. 13 opened new horizons for automation of processes in a state institution. The new product reduced human resources and payroll costs for 1,700 employees, and opened up the possibility of potentially moving the system to the cloud, which will significantly reduce cost of ownership.
