The integrated system of instant payments implements the system of stream input of data and document handling

The ABBYY company implemented the system of stream input of data and document handling of ABBYY FlexiCapture Professional 9.0 in "Integrated System of Instant Payments" company.

Solution

ABBYY FlexiCapture Professional 9.0 is applied at a stage of input of details of agency agreements in information system OSMP. Before implementing solution of ABBYY reconciliation of data of the agency agreement with registration documents and their subsequent institution in an information system were performed manually that demanded from the staff of the company of considerable efforts and led to notable time expenditure. This effect amplified with adoption of amendments to the law "About the Activities for Payment Acceptance of Individuals Performed by Payment Agents": in the company there was a need of an operational institution of a large number of agreements with new agents owing to what the amount of document flow increased much.

The solution of ABBYY allowed to automate processing of agency agreements and, thereby, accelerated office-work in the company: agents had an opportunity to wait for starting the agreement, without leaving office OSMP. ABBYY FlexiCapture Professional 9.0 allows to process about 450 agreements daily whereas to system implementation this digit did not exceed 70. At the same time labor costs and influence of "a human factor" are minimized: if at manual entry of data 6 employees from different departments of the company were involved in process, then with implementation of ABBYY FlexiCapture Professional 9.0 became possible to process the bigger number of agreements by forces of only two people.
