VTB, with the participation of a technological partner, Cinimex, launched the Strela digital system, designed to personalize work with clients of the corporate investment business (CIB). This solution will allow the bank to significantly improve its efficiency in managing corporate transactions for transactional business products. The bank announced this on March 27, 2025.

The main task of the technological solution is to translate work with transactional products for CIB into a fully digital format, excluding manual processes. The system aggregates all data on the terms of transactions and provides the ability to monitor various indicators and deadlines for the implementation of transactions in real time. This technology is needed for specialists who, on the part of VTB, provide a full cycle of work with large business transactions - from the formation of an offer to the connection of a product.
