2024: ZENDEN: Automation of Management Salary Calculation in ZUP 3.1 KORP
ZENDEN Group of Companies is a federal multidisciplinary holding. The retail chain includes more than 200 stores across the country.
Tasks
- Automate management salary accounting on the basis of RM KORP 3.1;
- Adapt the system for regular changes in calculation formulas to flexibly apply new employee motivation schemes.
The tasks are complicated by the fact that sales are recorded in the 1C: Trade Management configuration. Therefore, it is necessary to implement exchanges from the UT to the RM and vice versa.
In addition, 3 divisions of the customer participate in the project, each has its own motivation calculation, and these differences are significant.
Decision
We studied the current business processes, accounting system and proposed an accounting model based on ZUP. The customer has connected the technical architect, drew up a terms of reference. Then they started working with the team.
What did they implement?
Set up automatic exchange between the SCM and the UT. Everything necessary for calculations is loaded directly into the RMP using treatments.
We created a mechanism for approving salaries through statuses. The system of statuses and approvals has been preserved as much as possible. Now the motivation department calculates salaries in the ZUP. From there, the data is automatically uploaded to the UT database, which is used by salary inspectors. After checking, managers either skip the document further or send it to recalculation. In recalculation, the data is adjusted in the RM and sent back to the managers in the UT. After the final approval, the final figures are transferred to the accounting department for calculating the regulated salary. Adjustments take place within a single information system.
Result
ZENDEN has successfully automated management payroll accounting in all stores of the chain. We have developed a mechanism for calculating salaries in the ZUP. We created a mechanism for approving salaries through statuses. Set up automatic data exchange between the RM and Trade Management. Not all retailers decide to automate management accounting, and this fact makes the project unique.
