In 1985 the plant expands production, the production volume of concrete goods increases to 80 thousand cubic meters a year. In the late eighties at the enterprise opened new reinforcing workshop, reconstructed some more production premises, built the dining room, boiler. The products which are released with 1985 are certified by the state commission on the first quality category.

In 1992 the plant changes pattern of ownership and will be transformed to SEDO private company.

In 1994 in SEDO Ltd the new forming workshop which began to make afterwards hollow plates up to 12 meters long for houses of new generation is under construction.

In 1995 SEDO Ltd occupies one of the leading places on implementation of new technologies. For the first time in practice of Moscow area on a roof of houses the mini-boiler house is mounted, same year the release of concrete products with the increased heat-protective characteristics is begun, the project of apartment houses of farmstead type from keramzitobetonny blocks, expected 1-2 families is developed. Housing has modern design, rooms are located in two levels. At plant heater - expanded polystyrene is marketed.

Now the power of plant is 60000 square meters of housing a year, production of steel concrete - 4000 cubic meters a month. The number of-900 people working at the enterprise.
