Staff of 1C-Vectro company completed the project of automation of payroll in JSC the 1st ST. PETERSBURG MACARONI FACTORY. Implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product allowed to increase loyalty of employees.
Conditions for the project
The existing automation system did not allow to calculate quickly and precisely payments for processings. Therefore calculation of payment of processings had to be conducted in spreadsheets to which accountant officers manually transferred necessary data from the accounting system.
To increase the accuracy of calculations and timeliness of payments, the management of "the 1st PMF" made the decision - to automate payroll and bonus. For automation the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform as the program automates the main operations on payroll and conducting personnel records is selected and allows to calculate payment for processings. The contractor in the project selects 1C-Vectro company.
Implementation
During implementation the following sections are automated:
- conducting personnel records,
- formation of the regulated reporting and the personified accounting,
- payroll and payments for hours of overtime work.
Result
The single accounting system is as a result created. All data necessary for payroll are stored in one program. Implementation allowed labor costs were reduced by data entry, to increase the accuracy of calculations, time for execution of personnel documents was several times reduced.
Automation allowed to increase the accuracy of calculations of payment for processings. As a result the number of the conflicts because of miscalculations and underpays decreased, the atmosphere in labor collective improved, the loyalty of employees to the employer increased.
