2024: Company edna strengthens analytics with BI-system AW BI
Edna is one of the leaders in digital communications. The company helps brands build effective communications in modern digital channels.
To improve data accuracy and process optimization, edna has implemented the BI platform AW BI. The new solution provided deeper control over internal processes and improved data transparency, allowing the team to make decisions faster and more efficiently.
With AW, BI edna has taken business analytics to the next level - more flexibility, more capability and accuracy in each step.
The implementation was carried out by AW BI's partner, IT Albion. IT Albion is a Russian system integrator of IT solutions specializing in complex work on import substitution, an expert in the field of building and implementing project solutions in the segment of state and commercial information systems.
During the implementation, it was necessary to build interaction of more than 10 databases located both in the Russian Federation and abroad. The total amount of data processed amounted to more than 5 billion lines. And for further work with analytics, as part of the development of the system, a multi-level DWH has been implemented. The data is updated daily, said Oleg Dmitriyev, Head of BI Analytics at IT Albion.

Implementation experts noted that the BI system made it possible to display the information necessary for the work of many departments of edna:
- Client service (active customers, new, departed)
- financial unit;
- Product usage monitoring (channels, customers, traffic).
