The introduction of AI into the document flow of TsBUiO DZM accelerated the processing of data by 107 times

2025: Completion of Data Processing Pilot Project

On Moscow Center for Accounting and Reporting of the Moscow Department of Health April 3, 2025, the state government institution of the city "" announced the completion of a pilot project for the processing of data contracts and exculpatory documents on the services provided for management accounting. Within the framework of free cooperation with LLC "" Social code(g) Yekaterinburg , technologies were tested on artificial intelligence 50,000 documents, which made it possible to increase the speed of data processing by 107 times compared to classic manual methods of data entry.

Solutions implemented:

1. Document recognition using AI - automatic classification and verification of scanned documents (electronic contracts, UPD for utility costs).

2. Smart Search module - algorithms for quick access to data.

3. Error verification - identification of technical flaws (incorrect filling, lack of data).

Pilot results:

• Processing of electronic contracts has been accelerated 107 times, documents on utility costs - 2 times.
• The system is tested on 50,000 manually unloaded documents.

The management of CBUiO DZM proceeds from the fact that in the 21st century, people should not perform certain technical functions in software products. To do this, there are neural networks that are already able to form accounting registers without errors, fill out analytical tables and even answer questions posed.

The Moscow Department of Health was informed about the completion of the pilot project .
