Tele2 will implement solutions of ABBYY in the branches across all Russia

The ABBYY company announced that solutions for stream input of data and process automation of document handling of ABBYY FlexiCapture and ABBYY Recognition Server will be used during the project on implementation of the electronic workflow system "BOSS-Referent" in the Russian representative office of the European mobile operator Tele2.

The management of "Tele2 Russia" made the decision to refuse the platform unrolled earlier in connection with high rates of business development and the growing requirements to opportunities of corporate EDMS noted in ABBYY. Several companies integrators offering different software packages based on technologies of ABBYY, EMC and Kofax took part in the tender for implementation of a new system of electronic archive and document flow. The solution of IT company is EDMS "BOSS-Referent" with which products of ABBYY are integrated, was selected as the most full meeting the requirements of the customer.

The products ABBYY FlexiCapture and ABBYY Recognition Server are intended, first of all, for needs of subscriber, legal and financial services of mobile operator. The subscription service uses them for automation of input of the registration forms and other documents completed by subscribers. In legal departments "Tele2 Russia" using solutions of ABBYY requests from the organizations will be processed, and finance division will adjust input of delivery notes, acts, invoices and other documents, reported in ABBYY. The recognized data will be exported to the unified information system BOSS-Referent on the IBM FileNet platform.

As noted, in general solutions of ABBYY are going to be involved more than in 40 divisions of Tele2 in different regions of Russia.
