Development of the 1S:UKh decision on IFRS processes for the Рег.ру branch in Kazakhstan

The client had to automate accounting under IFRS and set up reporting for the company's branch in Kazakhstan. A full cycle of work was implemented: from examination and detailed design of the proposed solution, configuration of the system functionality to user training. The functionality of translating accounting entries from the national chart of accounts of the basis of regulated accounting in Kazakhstan to the central system of 1S:UKh to the IFRS chart of accounts and the subsequent automatic calculation of key adjustments was implemented. Parallel accounting of fixed assets and intangible assets was also implemented. As a result, the time frame for preparing monthly statements under IFRS decreased by 5 times: from 5 days to 1 day.

The project was implemented from September 2023 to January 1, 2024.

Implement solution-based budgeting business processes 1S:UKh

Automation of the budgeting function was one of the company's priority goals REG.ru. It needed to automate business processes for 30 legal entities based on the 1C: Holding Management solution. The BeringPro team completed a full cycle of work on the automation of business processes: conducted a survey of the current situation, implemented detailed design of the target model, developed a conceptual design, describing the functionality of the future system, and also launched the solution into pilot operation. One of the factors in the success of the project was the team's significant experience in automating budgeting processes, as well as the high level of involvement of the business customer in the project. As a result of the project, a high-quality solution was implemented under tight deadlines.

The project was implemented from July 2023 to December 31, 2024.
