Previously, the software product "1C: Motor Vehicle Management, module for 1C: ERP" was used as the main accounting system for vehicle management at the enterprise. The planning of vehicles and the work of the transport logistics department were carried out in the external accounting system "Smart Logistics."

The execution of the Logistics Department tasks in a separate software product entailed additional labor, the data on the vehicle was manually duplicated in the main system. The company processes about 160 applications per month.

The system update required the re-integration of the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management software product in conjunction with BIT.FINANS and 1C: Motor Vehicle Management, which often led to code damage and the need for thorough checks. After the update, rights settings were often lost, because of which the system could be inaccessible to users one week a quarter.

The main problem that our team had to solve was a large-scale update of the master system with built-in vehicle control module. As a solution, we implemented the replacement of the external logistics accounting system with the functionality "1C: Motor Vehicle Management.
