2025: ELS Group bought Destra Legal

ELS Group bought online legal service Destra Legal. This was announced in early April 2025 by the press service of ELS Group. This acquisition will allow the company to strengthen the digital legal direction and expand opportunities for customers in the field of legal protection in the online format.

Destra Legal is one of the leading Russian services for remote solution of legal problems for the mass consumer. Over five years of operation, the service has helped more than 80 thousand customers return over ₽500 million. The platform currently handles 3,000 court cases each month.

Over the past year, Destra Legal has increased its operations by 1.5 times without additional investment in marketing. The company specializes in a comprehensive solution of legal problems for individuals, including consumer protection, debt collection, challenging fines, bankruptcy of individuals, business support and conducting class action lawsuits.

ELS GROUP CEO Sergei Bekrenev noted that the joining of Destra Legal is an important step in the development of the digital direction of the group of companies. He stressed that Destra has a high margin of services and significant potential for scaling, full coverage of regions through its own infrastructure and software, as well as thousands of successful cases in mass categories of disputes.

Integration with Destra Legal will allow ELS Group to expand its client base by 140 thousand people, gain access to a ready-made automated platform and network of judicial representatives throughout the country. Bekrenev believes that the scale, expertise and resources of the ELS GROUP multi-service ecosystem will become a real growth driver for Destra Legal.^[1]
