Aeroflot Airlines became the first air carrier in Russia to introduce domestic tablets for the work of flight attendants. The national air carrier has purchased more than 7 thousand Fplus T1100 devices running the Russian Aurora operating system. This was announced on April 9, 2025.

According to the press service of Aeroflot, especially for the crews of the airline, Aerogrupp has developed the Crew Tablet mobile application. This software is adapted to the features of the Aurora operating system and is characterized by high performance and stability.

Aeroflot was the first among airlines to introduce Russian tablets for cabin crews

The introduced tablets allow cabin crews to solve a wide range of tasks during the flight service process. Using the Crew Tablet application, flight attendants can see planned flights and quickly receive information about changes in the schedule. The system provides up-to-date data on the flight being performed, including information on the crew, special meals, additional services and special needs of passengers.

An important feature of tablets is the ability to take food orders in business class, which improves the quality of passenger service and makes this process more efficient. In addition, the devices provide flight attendants with access to up-to-date manuals and instructions in electronic form, which eliminates the need to carry voluminous paper documents with them.

One of the advantages of the new solution is the function of filling out and sending flight reports directly through the tablet. This significantly reduces the time for document management and allows you to quickly transfer information to the relevant divisions of the airline.

The introduction of Russian tablets is aimed not only at optimizing the work of cabin crews, but also at improving passenger service standards. The software automates the routine processes of flight attendants, allowing them to focus more on passenger comfort and safety.
